Updated the Vehicle System
  - Moved to LVS Framework; from the makers of simphys
  - Three Vehicles are now available to be purchased by the Fuhrer
    - Panzerspaehwagen (APC)
    - Panzer VI Tiger (Tank)
    - Kuebelwagen (Bucket/Tub Car)
  - Purchasable through the German Supplier are Trailers and Flak Guns that can be both attached and detached from the APC to be used elsewhere.
  - Flak Guns in transit/attached can be used so that leaves for interesting options
  - Fuel and Repair Station spawn at the Reich

*This does add support for civilian class vehicles

Bank Robbery now requires thieves to be apart of an organization.
Bank Robbers that are near the Bank Vault and that are apart of the same organization will be automatically wanted, alongside with the initiator of the robbery
Bank Robbery Entity now has updated Text
Added Reich Alert Support

Reich Take Over has an updated model and text design
Take Over now is enabled for members that are "Admins/Owners" of the Organization, also still wanting all associated members for "Attempting an Insurrection"

Working on replacing parts of the server that were dependent on non-rog hosted servers

Reports and logs are always updated as soon as they come through

Players logging into this page automatically get updated into our db both in game and web as was eventually to support prometheus a popular donation addon

but i have lost the files and i believe i originally got it from zero so technically not mine :p
