1942RP Updates

• Resistance and Organization Printers can now catch on fire
  • Similar to the machine printers, these need to be maintained as there is a chance that it will explode
• Armament's Table now have a 20% chance to catch on fire
  • Previously 5% chance to catch on fire
• Updated Armament Table, so if player disconnects, its owner will DC
• Reich Official's can now gain XP from arrests and kills
  • Only killing individual's that were wanted will result in +150 XP
  • Arresting wanted individuals will result in +100XP
  • Arresting an individual will result in + 75 XP
• Reich Official's can now finish off players
• Updated Jewelry Robbing System
  • Watches are 2000 each with weight of 2kg
  • Necklaces are 2250 each with weight of 4kg
  • Ringbox is 3150 each with weight of 5kg
• Vicker's MG now purchasable by Rustung and Cherkesov
• Can now spawn up to 3 textscreens
• Individual who starts the Coup will now be granted the role of Fuhrer
