1942RP Updates

• [UPDATE] Resistance and Organization Printers can now catch on fire
  • Every 5 minutes there will be a chance for it to catch on fire
  • The entity no longer takes damage itself from the fire, but if the fire goes on long enough, the printer will combust
• [UPDATE] Air Raid's now have a 1 in 4 chance to create fire upon explosion
• [UPDATE] Train Steal Amount changed to 100-250
• [UPDATE] Fire Patrol and Fire Patrol Kommandant will spawn with "unlimited" Fire Extingusher ammo
• [UPDATE] All player's can now use the sit anywhere
  • Previous limitation due to LVS...?
• [UPDATE] Hostname will now be changed to |ROG| Resistance Occupation Roleplay |ROG|
  • With that to distance from other RP's
• [UPDATE] Moving to DarkRP Title - Nothing will change only the gamemode we are categorized in
  • Server content is remaining the same as well as the IP:Port
• [UPDATE] Reich Official's that have unique models like Field Medic and Fire Patrol will have access to those models inside the Reichstag Bodygrouper
• [NEW] Civilian Fire Extingusher's that are purchasable have an ammo limit of 75 and will need to be replaced
• [REVERT] Weapon Price Changes are being reverted
  • They will essentially be marked up 20% only
